Description: The practice and implementation of intentional and responsive observation and teaching can be life changing for the child and for the educator! Responding to the strengths and needs of each child requires educators to observe carefully and with intention. We will answer the question, "Why Observe?", "How to Observe", and "What Comes Next?" as we discuss strategies and apply them to real-world case studies and scenarios together.
