Being a leader in the early childhood field means you have many opportunities and challenges as you administer programs, manage and mentor staff, and meet regulatory and licensing demands. As you offer support for those in your program, this learning community is meant to provide you with support. Leaders around the state gather regularly to share ideas, problem solve, brainstorm, and become the leaders they aspire to be.
